Ocean Adventures focuses on realistic and holistic marine and marine mammal conservation while prioritizing community development. They collaborate with the Qolweni Community Development Trust to support disadvantaged groups in the area. Funds from township tours and a portion of Ocean Blue Adventures’ revenue help cover annual school fees for children in the Qolweni community.
Visitors can experience the developing crèche, which provides educational opportunities for local children and enables single mothers to seek employment. Guests are invited to participate in cultural activities and contribute their time within the community.
