Beach Break Guest Houses and Villas is a collection of five free-standing beach houses at Cape St Francis Resort, positioned among the dunes near Seal Point Beach. The accommodation combines a coastal setting with spacious, privately arranged homes suited to couples, families and larger groups. All but one of the houses offers direct private access to the sandy dunes, placing the beach close to the accommodation.

Each villa has en-suite bedrooms with garden or sea-facing outlooks, as well as a private garden, swimming pool and outdoor deck. Deck areas are furnished for relaxed outdoor living, with patio seating, sun loungers, barbecue facilities and sheltered al-fresco dining spaces. Verandas attached to individual rooms provide additional outdoor space.

Inside, the houses are arranged around open living areas that bring lounges, dining spaces and kitchens together. Fireplaces, satellite television, WiFi access and modern cooking appliances support comfortable longer stays, while dining tables accommodate larger parties. The accommodation is available as self-catering villas, with meal arrangements also possible for exclusive-use bookings.

Individual rooms can also be booked on a bed-and-breakfast basis. These rooms include modern bathrooms and either garden or sea-facing views, with access to shared villa spaces and the private swimming pool. Breakfast is prepared at the house and served in the garden, giving bed-and-breakfast guests a more communal stay.

The five-bedroom houses, Sand Piper and Nautilus Place, provide a layout suited to bigger family or friendship groups. Wave Worrier, Moonpath and Seagull’s Song each have four double bedrooms. Daily servicing, undercover parking bays or garages, and the option of exclusive villa hire add practical convenience for beach holidays and coastal breaks.

Dining beyond the villas is available within the resort through Joe Fish Restaurant & Bar and Full Stop Cafe, while the surrounding Cape St Francis area provides a base for beach time, nature walks, canal and river cruises, golf and the Chokka Trail.
